- BMBarb MisselhornJun 10, 20251.0Kathy, who waited on us, told me it was 10 minutes till closing. We ordered, sat down, and Kathy proceeded to take down the tea containers and remove soda nozzles. I protested and got heated for we wanted to eat our sandwich in the dining area Kathy proceeded to tell me it closes at 9:00pm. BTW it was not 9:00 yet. I have worked in food service and I have never made a paying customer leave. I suggested with a raised voice that she could go ahead and lock the door and go about her clean up in the kitchen and we would be done by then. Since when does open hours on the door mean all is cleaned up and workers can leave at 9:00? BTW we left at 9:01!!!

I placed an order online for my son’s birthday party, and when I did I misunderstood the topping option. Needless to say I had toppings on all my sandwiches and soggy bread. I immediately called and Jordan came to my rescue and replaced my sandwiches. He took time from his day off to come in and help me and went over and beyond to make things right. I am so grateful! Our party was a success and my 12 year old was pleased! Thank you Jordan and the staff and Subway!
