  What a joke!!This place allows orders on the app to go through even if they aren't open, which of course I take some of the blame for that for not checking the hours. The thing is though that they still took my money and refuse to give it back. I paid right around $40 for a couple of meals for my kids and when I arrived to pick them up the location was closed with no mention from the app that had no problems taking my money. Not the end of the world I figured I'd get my kids something else and I would follow up the next day if I hadn't gotten a refund by then. Next day and no refund so I call the location and was spoken to very rudely by whoever answered and she insisted they would not refund my money and kept repeating something about the app, which I was fine with and after going all through the app I finally found contact information for a real person. The person I spoke to from the app informed me that the store is responsible for the refund being as the stores is part of a franchise lease with a private owner which made perfect sense. The part that didn't make sense is why is this company makes it so difficult to get my refund. It's almost like they hate paying customers. I can only imagine if I had ordered for my whole family as it would have been a more significant amount of money if it's this difficult to get my $40 back. Steeleville DQ you've just lost another customer. Good Riddance!

  Came here to get 4 blizzards. 2 medium and 2 small. The two medium were supposed to be a turtle and snickers blizzard and the small ones were supposed to be cookie dough. But I got one small cookie dough, one small snickers, one medium turtle and one medium straight vanilla. I was not happy and how do you even mess up a blizzard?

  every time I come here its a minimum of 25-30mins in the drive through after ordering through the app. Doesn't matter if theres 5 cars in the drive through or 1 car, they absolutely know how to delay your entire day. Today i got here at 5:04 for a pickup (according to the app) at 5:04 (i got receipts and video for evidence) and im still not even to the window and its 5:31 already... Lmao thats crazy.... I thought you went into business to make money not waste time?
