- KVKathy VosDec 12, 20251.0Ordered online for pickup - pick up was easy, and employee was very friendly, no problem … the problem was with the system and picker understandings- I ordered pub burgers from meat department, clearly marked “buy one -get one free” on an orange label. It was also listed on shopping site.. I ordered the burgers, expecting that picker would clearly see the label and I would get 2 … i didn’t, called the store and was told it was my fault, I should have put 2 down… angst !! So suggested solution —- come back into store and rectify … or order 2 delivery , and then ( pay for delivery and a tip) and then I’ll get a free one … The whole reason I did a pick up was because I am physically unable to walk around store due to injury and it’s zero degrees !! So lesson learned … and check the bags before they leave the parking lot

Problem is I bought multiple units of the product, she rolled her eyes and said “for 50 cents “. For the way how she looks I can tell she doesn’t have any trouble with food (obese woman) however this may not my case maybe with the extra few dollars I can buy more apples for example. I confronted her at the end of the transaction and of course she cowardly denied everything. So sad that costumers are being humiliated for requesting to adjust the price when the store is in the wrong
