  Don’t bother…. This is the only jewel in the area that closes their deli whenever they feel like it!! Mangers don’t even stick around to work when the kids call in or stop showing up… today they decided to close the deli at 5 pm for cleaning…. Most people work a 9-5 how are we supposed to shop if you close at 5? And for cleaning, thst should be done after hours. Jewel is open late the deli is not, plenty of time for “cleaning” after 8pm. Every week they have a new printed sign of some sort. Save yourself the trouble and drive to the next Jewel!

  Never rings the advertised price. I'm tired of watching them to make sure that I'm charged properly there's not been one time that I've gone there and been charged correctly

  I’m extremely frustrated with the interaction I just had with the front end manager of this location. I made my purchases, including a beautiful floral arrangement for my wife. I concluded my purchase and was making small talk with the check out clerk. The manager came over and commented on the bouquet. The clerk pointed out what a reasonable price was tagged on the bouquet. The manager commented, “oh no. That price cannot be right.” She then walked off with the bouquet and went to the floral department. She returned and quoted me a price that was around eight times higher than what was clearly marked on the bouquet, asking if I still wanted to purchase it. When I said no, she left with the bouquet and told me that I would have to go to customer service to get a refund. She then returned to the floral department. At that point, my transaction was concluded, so I walked over to the floral department to speak to that manager. I expressed my displeasure with the entire transaction and the fact that I had to go back over and wait in another line to receive my refund on the purchase. She brought me to the front of the store and refunded my purchase. While I am glad that she was able to resolve the situation quickly, I am unpleased with the fact that I had to initiate all of that in order to get the refund on the purchase that I had made. The price was clearly marked on the bouquet, and the manner in which this manager attempted to resolve this issue left me feeling angry at its abrupt and dismissive manner. There are numerous grocery stores near this one, and I will be choosing a different one, even if I have to drive a couple of minutes further.
