  I Oder a açai bowl and add peanut butter and I get rarely any hazelnut in my hazelnut acai bowl I also put peanut butter but there was nearly any compared to the other stores in tropical smoothie this would not be my favorite i honestly am disappointed the poor amount of quality and effort they put into the bowl I seen better and I wish they did better because I had revived better service from a other tropical smoothie cafe location and the last picture is the other stores service compared to this one in Saint Charles

  They fixed my bowl and made my day with filling it up with fruits and acial bowl :)

  My first time coming here i got the Baja wrap and it was really good and fresh,filled me up real quck!

  Just walked in this place, got a strawberry blueberry extra scoop of protein which total two protein scoops they made the shake. The shake in the machine probably was double of what they should've made for the extra large one so am I really getting my extra scoop of protein when you're throwing out half of what you made unreal mind you I pay just over $11 for the shake

  I frequent multiple tropical smoothie locations — this one is by far the worst. The last 2 times I have ordered via delivery I have not gotten my order. First time, okay it happens, no big deal. It must have gotten lost somewhere with the driver, not tropical smoothies fault. Today was the second time. I ordered for delivery at 8:30, driver texts me at 9:00 saying it will be there soon, I follow up twice with the driver to ask ETA and where my order is, they don’t respond. so I called tropical smoothie and they were pretty rude basically telling me there’s nothing they can do, asked why I was calling 1.5 hours later. I said because I was trying to get into contact with the driver and figure out what’s going on and that I’m working with patients…I’m not going to call about my smoothie while providing treatment to someone. The manager was really condescending and told me to call the delivery service. I couldn’t even find which delivery service they used anywhere on my app or receipt so I just called DoorDash hoping it was the right one, which thankfully it was. DoorDash was pretty helpful but they couldn’t issue my refund so they asked if I wanted to just get it remade/redelivered which I said yes that would be great. DoorDash called to ask if Tropical could remake and they would send a driver out but Tropical refused. DoorDash said I could try to get a refund, they transferred me back to tropical’s manager, which he again said it wasn’t his problem and that I need to call DoorDash. I told him I just spoke with them (and so did he because he was the one who refused to remake the order) and since Tropical was the one who received my payment, they would be the ones to refund. He said no, I’m wrong and that I need to call DoorDash again and was really rude/unhelpful/condescending. I just ended up telling him I’m disputing it with my bank and I’m not ordering from there again. My work used to order from there all the time but not anymore, especially when all I was trying to do was get my damn food
