    Ordered a beef, takeout, and that stuff was drier than a nuns you know what. No juice. Skimped on peppers too. Come on guys.

    Italian beef sandwich was dry. My companions combo was dry. Our sandwiches where lack luster in taste Dissapointed the portillos experience i grew up with and was looking forward having again for weeks leading up to my trip back wasnt up to my previous experiences

    Back in state for holiday, went to St Charles location, you can tell they were sold and some subtle changes are very noticeable, portions are noticeably smaller, bread for the combo sandwich has changes, less beef, not the same sausage, and extremely dry. Sad to to say it but probably wont be back.
