Today I went to subway and they were out of tomatoes, Oregano, Jalapeño chips, Pepsi and their lettuce looked terrible. Management should be doing a better job.

If I could give 0 stars, I would literally ordered a sandwich on the app, asked it to be toasted. And listed, all of my ingredients. Pick my order up. Got home to find none of my sandwich had been toasted. Not the bread, the cheese or the meat, and they put none of the veggies. I asked for or even requested extra of on my sandwich. Call 37 times in a row to see if I could bring it in to have it. Remade no one will answer the phone.Literally.Charging twenty dollars for a sandwich.That's just bread covered halfway in meat with cold cheese. In no veggies is outrageous. No way to get ahold of any one in the store. No way to get actual help? Because it 's all done by a robot online in no response to fix the situation.Now i'm stuck with something I didn't even order.That doesn't even look appetizing to me

Horrible customer service. I walked in and was immediately greeted with "You'll have to wait!", yelled across the restaurant. There were two other customers in there. I said "Thats fine". The more I stood there, the more that didn't sit well with me. I walked out and heard her say "Thank goodness". So I went next door to Hawaiian BBQ, much better customer service.

I went to Subway three days in a row. The first day they were out of American cheese the second day they were out of all bread except wheat the third day they were out of multiple items. It gets frustrating finding this out after waiting in line for 5 to 10 minutes. I cannot waste my valuable lunchtime, waiting in line for 5 to 10 minutes to find out all the missing items are for the day. I would rather just visit Jimmy John’s , Potbelly’s, Monty’s
or any other sub place that does not seem to have this problem. Hopefully they get new management soon.

Fyi: YOU NOW HAVE TO REQUEST FOOD TO BE COOKED!!! 100% SERIOUS! Placed an online order for 1 wrap and 1 sandwich, both egg and cheese. Daughter arrives to pickup order and is informed not enough egg to make 2 items. So she says to change hers to chicken. Employee proceeds to make her a turkey sandwich even though my daughter stated she didn't like turkey. So then employee proceeds to not give her a second sandwich, no offer of refund. Ordered was online and already paid for. My daughter is young and non confrontational so she took the turkey sandwich. Brings home her turkey sandwich she won't eat and hands me my egg and cheese wrap. Literally frozen egg and tortilla, missing requested tomato. Take frozen sandwich back to store and ask for refund. Employee tells me I didn't request for the food to be cooked. Seriously?!?!?! She had such an attitude and clearly customers are imposing on her time. Proceeds to tell me i have to request refund through app, I said no thanks I would like you to go ahead and process it. She rolls her eyes and calls manager i am assuming. Then offers to just "take sandwich apart and cook egg". Nope, refund please. Meanwhile making snide comments to whomever she was on phone with. She says "money will go back on your card". I ask for receipt showing refund and she says my original paid receipt is all I can have. Absolutely ridiculous. This Subway location needs to permanently close. Absolutely worthless service.
