  Holly cow this place needs some attention. I waited 7 mins at the window for a $26 order while 2 employees stood outside talking. My food sat at the window for 3 minutes before it was handed to me. Part of my order was served cold. The outside trash was overflowing. Drive thru window was filthy. I watched an employee scoop ice with a cup and use it for a drink. Pitcher of shake mix sitting on soda machine at room temp.I wasn’t provided any marinara with my mozz sticks. First time trying this location and it will be my last. Horrible experience, hopefully the general manger can get in and work with these people.

  Kinda of sad my first time at sonic was excited and had high expectations from the commercials but order a double smash burger and got one patty - and asked for bbq sauce and was given none- there’s not one back home so I guess I’ll never get to experience that true sonic whatever

  (T.W chewed up food) There was a super long piece of hair in food, called back and they did compensate me for the next time i come back but that hair ruined the whole meal and made me lose my appetite.
