  One of my favorite places to eat but I am highly disappointed that the the salad & soup cheaper one use to cost apprx $7.67 + tax. Panera is not offering that any longer. I am on a fixed income, please bring this meal back...you can also with the cheaper pick 2, get a sandwich as one of the two choices

  Had to get some coffee and do some computer work before an appointment. Was very impressed with staff. Very friendly and the place was very clean. Right by some good stores also

  Obviously most busy at lunch time (11-2ish?) Drive through wait time is ridiculous. They clearly need more staff. It’s an everyday thing. I can’t ever order ahead or go through the drive through without being back late from my personal lunch break. Sometimes i go all the way across town because that one does fine service and time wise. Either stop allowing mobile orders during lunch to accommodate guests that are there in store/in drive thru or get more staff. And pay them!! Pay them well please, this is ridiculous.

  What a complete disappointment, No one at the counter to take our order Machines to place order were completely screwed up Everything we tried to choose said they were out of ingredients And when we tried to get some help, we were greeted by what I believed to be a manager or possible employee wearing EarPods and in pajamas........ Panera Corporation you need to get a hold of this store! I will never go back
