  Never has choc or caramel latte or milkshakes.. need to make wrkrs clean and keep open all the time..it's not hard I did it.. since all they want to do is stand around and talk plus give you a look like your stupid...was not happy with this McDonald's at all and just left there without my godamb fish sandwich

  I ordered on the app 10 minutes away from the store. I pulled into drive thru like I said I would in the app. We get to drive thru and pull up and the lady says wait please. Ok yes ma'am. Then a car pulled up to the other speaker, this is where it went bad they take 3 orders from that side after I'm sitting here I say hello the lady said you have to wait I'm taking care of customers. Yeah we was here first with a code. So finally after a couple more cars we just pull around because she obviously isn't taking our order now as she kept taking orders over there. So finally I just come in. Idk but this place is crazy. The lady at the counter said she can't ask for help from management because idk why really and they couldn't find my order which was 20 minutes ago now. This place is crazy. I eat way to much at fast food but damn. I worked for McDonald's and I know what it is in the kitchen when it's busy. This is crazy. 9:37 am and still waiting...... people complaining! One lady and man are amazing! Demarius and manager was amazing! The rest idk replace and train more!! Sorry Ms. Manager he said he couldn't give your name so I named you Ms. Manager 🫶

  Stopped for what we thought would be a quick dinner on 2/27/2026 at approximately 5:20 pm. Ordered on one of the kiosks, and did not get a receipt. Tried to find a clean table, but there were none. Took 20 minutes to get our food. We were the only people in the lobby that had ordered food, and when we walked in there were only 4 cars in the drive-thru. They messed up one of our burgers, so my husband went up to get the burger we ordered, He spoke with the girl at the front that we recieved the wrong burger. She just looked at him and walked away without acknowledging him. He stood at the front for 10 minutes, before he was asked by another employee what he was waiting on. Took another 5 minutes to get the burger. Food bland and cold, besides the "fresh" burger. We dont get mcdonalds very often, but after this visit we will not be back.

  What an absolutely terrible experience! Manager had the audacity to tell me I was having a bad day. I wasn’t before trying to get a QPC. Simple order placed at the counter but they somehow couldn’t figure out how to put it in my hands in less than 10 minutes so I asked for a refund. Manager was rude, dismissive, disrespectful and generally did her very best to ruin my day. McCorporate will probably respond and ask me to email them. No need, I already called and filed a complaint with your customer service department.
