  I started ordering from here since starting to work downtown. Each time it gets worse. I rarely get my drink, and you can’t add anything onto the sandwich. Each time I’ve added something it has been ignored. I have learned my lesson and will not be ordering from them again. A waste of money

  Avoid at all costs. Waited over 2 hours, tried canceling my order by calling in and was rudely hung up on. Go to Head West 2 blocks south.

  I literally asked for no tomato. The cashier told the sandwich maker no tomatoes and she literally put tomatoes on my sandwich. I probably not be back.

  Visited the evening 2/20. Their was only one worker. There was a line out the door This one worker did it all so smoothly. He took half the orders then made the sandwiches. He was so nice. Not one person complained, he was that good. Our sandwiches were great. That guy needs a bonus.

  Understand the lunch time rush, but this was one of the slowest/disorganized operations I have witnessed. Multiple patrons cancelling orders in store while waiting. No set staff handling delivery / Web Order pickups. My case, an over 1 hour in store wait for a web order. Next time may have to patronize nearby vendor instead.
