    Placed an order on their website. Came through DoorDash. Called the store because I was missing a sandwich. They refused to remake it or give me a refund and told me to call DoorDash. DoorDash called the store and they still refused a refund. My fiancé then called the store and they asked if the bag was still stapled when we got it. He told them yes it was… would you believe they STILL refused. Dude said “well sir, it was in there when IIII bagged it up”. So what it did a magic trick and disappeared out of the bag? If it was still stapled clearly you didn’t put it in there!!!!

    Ordered two sandwiches on the app, neither were toasted as requested and one was missing toppings. Ordered two more sandwiches on the app about a week later, again neither were toasted. One was also made with different meats than what was ordered and was missing toppings as well. I get the same sandwich with the same toppings at every Subway and this restaurant has given me the two worst Subway sandwiches I’ve ever had.

    This subway has a very wide selection of subs and the food is served fresh and tasty. Staff is very friendly and quick in service. Budget friendly place too.

    Do NOT order via the Subway app from this store. Store franchisee refuses to issue a refund to my debit card for a transaction in which no product was provided to me for that payment. The franchisee has now claimed at least twice that the matter has been "resolved" and I have received emails from Subway stating that - but the local store has made no attempt to contact me to resolve the matter nor has there been a refund issued.

    Zen and Brodey were so nice they made us feel welcome and were so polite, their service was amazing definitely would come back.
