Many times (couple of months now) I have gone through the drive-thru and something is wrong with my order, not given chips, they have to retake my order at the pickup window, etc. I called to speak to the manager and his solution was to come in and not go through the drive-thru. To me that’s not good business. What is the drive-thru for???! I’m very disappointed with this store.
