If I could give 0 stars I would’ve but it makes you select at-least 1 star. Ordered lobster from here for the past 15 years for my mother’s birthday, it’s what she wants so that’s what she gets! Today’s service was totally uncalled for, for starters when we got back with the dish to start our family dinner my mother started to dig in only to find that her lobster was so mushy that not even the tail was attached. She got about 2-3 bites in and couldn’t get much further because she knows the consistency for a lobster shouldn’t be anything close to what she described as mashed potatoes. So we called Saputo’s back and explained our situation and they offered us a refund/remake but they needed the lobster back to replace, which is totally understandable! We’ve been in the food industry for 20+ years and we know how certain people can be with trying to get free meals, trust me that’s not what we wanted in any way. We all just wanted to enjoy my mothers dinner with great conversation, enjoying each others company while eating great food. We told them we would take a remake and they said it would take about 30 mins for it to be ready we just needed the original lobster in order to get the remake. We showed up and the old lady took my lobster to the back kitchen (I have no idea what they could’ve done to it back there) and returned 2-3 minutes later refusing to give us a remake and said all of the lobster is going to be that mushy and also told us that we ate half the lobster! She stuck her own fingers into the lobster and told us there was nothing she could do. Terrible service, not only wasting my time that I could be spending with my mother on her birthday but also sticking her fingers in my food without gloves and expecting me to take it back to my mother and have her eat it. Unacceptable, that old lady knows nothing about customer service. If you had no intentions of refunding/remaking don’t waste peoples time cause some people’s time is valuable. She ate a potato that came with it and didn’t get an entree.

Of I could I would give 0 Stars. It was my mom's 49th birthday, we did a Cary out so we could all eat dinner together at home. We picked it up and the service was good when we got it. But as soon as we got home my Mom took one or two bites of her Lobster. The lobster was mushy, she described it as mashed potatoes. We told her to call, and that's what she did she called the manager offered to replace the food with new lobster and all we had to do was bring the old food. And she said nothing about how much she ate or anything. My mom of course said yes, we waited about 30 minutes for the food to be ready. Me and my Brother went to go pick up the food and give the old food back. When we got in we waited for someone to help us. She came over and took it to the back room and was back there for about 2-3 minutes. When she came back she talked about how she could not refund us or trade out the food. When she was telling us this she was very rude. We didn't get her name but she was a little bit on the older side and had black hair. My brother continued to tell her that it was mushy and that we should get a refund. She kept saying no and how it was not mushy, my brother picked up a piece of lobster and it just mushed in his hand without squeezing it. She picked it up and said it was not mushy but it was literally mushy in her hand. She also said that my mom ate about half of the lobster, my mom only took 1-2 bites to realize it was mushy. My brother picked up the lobster and said what do you mean this is half of a lobster it is the whole thing. She said sorry I can't do anything she asked us if you want it after she put her hands in the food.We said no you can keep it. Overall 1star out of 5. If I could I would give 0 stars.

I wish I could give zero stars. My friend scheduled her wedding dinner in a private room at Saputos. At noon on the day of her wedding, she received a call from Saputos that her wedding dinner would have to be cut short because a politician had requested the same room on the same evening. Thankfully, my friend was able to reserve a private room at Bella Milanos on incredibly short notice, and we had a wonderful meal and amazing service there instead. I don’t recommend Saputos and won’t ever eat there again. The choice to prioritize a “more important” guest over a standing reservation is unbelievable. Speaks to the integrity of the establishment and the people running it.
