The restaurant was short staffed and out of chicken and pork. Waited for a few minutes but the wait was going to be too long. We left.

How this place is open is kind of a miracle! Came here for the first time to give it a try. Was not fascinated by their food or their service. If you think that they are similar to Chipotle, they are not. We got a burrito and a bowl but were not impressed with their flavors. It was mediocre at its best!
The "Mexican" is just a slogan in their name; nothing in here is even remotely close to being "Mexican." You are better off going to Azteca or Casa Real if you are craving Mexican food.

Why does this location suck so badly now? The person who is clearly the manager is wandering around and yelling at the workers, but not lifting a finger to help with anything. The food tastes BAD. No seasoning in anything, ingredients cut up badly, chicken gristly… the tables are left in a disgusting condition even though it isn’t that busy and there would be time to clean. The last straw? My daughter found more than one long black hair in her bowl and was too grossed out to keep eating. Now Qdoba is wasting our money, and that’s where I draw the line. Never again.
