I got my food delivered today from Dirksen and for the fourth time, you forgot to put chicken in my apple fuji chicken salad...FOUR TIMES. Seriously?? Weird thing is that the west side Panera has done the same thing. Very dissapointing.

I stopped in for a bite to eat and was completely blown away by the entire experience, from start to finish. First off, the food was incredible. I had the Asiago sandwich, and it was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. You can really tell the difference when the kitchen cares about what they are sending out. It was honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time—hot, cheesy, and exactly what I was craving. But what really sets this location apart is the atmosphere and the team. The customer service here is top-tier! The employees were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another number. On top of that, the service was lightning fast. I didn't have to wait long at all, which is a huge plus when you're hungry. I also have to mention how spotless the building was. The dining area was super clean and organized, which made sitting down to enjoy my meal so much more relaxing.

My mom and I went through the drive thru. Person taking our order didn’t seem happy with us and hand a bad attitude. Tyler who was our cashier did a wonderful job at the window, and when we questioned why something on our order wasn’t on the reciept the girl who took our order with pink hair yelled and screamed at us through the window. Everything else was great besides her…
