    If I could give zero for the service I would. Utterly pathetic. It took 45 minutes to get our order, not remotely busy enough to justify that. Soup was lukewarm, sandwich was saturated with dressing when I ask for LIGHT dressing. Not sure how this place even stays open.

    Food quality is waaaay down. Too bad. I’m told they were bought by a private equity company who is making changes based solely on financial considerations. The bear claw - a favorite- is gone. The bagels are smaller and poorer quality. They keep fiddling with the menu you can’t take orders for an office meeting with having a current menu.

    There is something genuinely wrong at this Panera -- the throughput of the kitchen is abysmal. Why does the same meal that can be prepared at literally any other Panera in 5 minutes take this one 25-45 minutes? It doesn't seem to matter if it's the lunch hour rush or 8pm. Maybe they really need a leadership change or something is broken in the kitchen?
