They are all worried about doing their own thing instead of getting the orders out. It took them almost 30 minutes to make a salad and 2 soup bowls. I truly love panera but I will avoid this location!

I don’t engage or react because I feel they are thirsty for some sort of reaction. Go to a different Panera if you want good service and friendly service.
