My husband worked there and earlier today he came home early after telling me an elder employee by the name of Denis kept punching him in the side. A manager named Brad kept talking nonsense saying he was beat up my husband and never did by the way (all talk no bite) got suspended for one day. And then no further investigation and then the main GM Brent Moore does nothing but talk bad to all the employees and takes sides. I told him i was gonna get in touch with law enforcement and HR and he said “do what you got to do” and that “your husband was never around any manager” when i have an app on my husbands phone that allows one way audio where i can listen through his phone and i can hear Denis and Brad threatening him. Which i do have recordings of. This is the absolute most run down mcdonalds i have ever seen. Brent said he didn’t know why my husband walked out and that he wasn’t even near him when he did participate in the action that took place today. I wouldn’t ever wanna order from this mcdonald’s ever again. the food is sloppy anyway. and nothings done to its fullest. All they do is threaten people!!!!!

These people charged me for an order that wasn't even mine on October 26th of 2025 and here it is 11/14 and it's still not resolved. The card company where my card is from are no help and McDonald's is denying the refund. So how do I have refund receipt, a dispute with the cc company and still no resolve? All over $18.64 cents. Take your money somewhere else because this place won't give it back if they make a mistake.

My mom just bit into a “no onions” sticker! It was on the burger like it was one of the toppings!!!! If it gave me the option I would post the picture!
