Simple order placed at the counter but they somehow couldn’t figure out how to put it in my hands in less than 10 minutes so I asked for a refund. Manager was rude, dismissive, disrespectful and generally did her very best to ruin my day. McCorporate will probably respond and ask me to email them. No need, I already called and filed a complaint with your customer service department.

Order didn't reflect that. I corrected the original order. They confirmed at paying. Then I got my food. Confirmed on the receipt. Onions on both burgers. I parked, went in. A very nice lady said, "no onions, are there onions on them". I said yes and she asked the staff to remake. No ONE was in a rush. The cook seemed annoyed. The nice manager went on break and the gentleman that took over kept commenting under his breath that it didn't say no onions. It's on my receipt! After SEVERAL minutes, he went to the grill area. They made a whole other sandwich while I waited. He was getting food from other places and the processes looked different. Lots of back and forth, but I didn't think anything of it. Get back to my office, take a bite, and it is covered in burnt onions. The burger had been recooked instead of remade. It's like they scrapped some of the onions off, recooked it, and then gave it back to me. Absolutely disgusting. Photo below, I scrapped some off on top. No, not grill bits. These are onions. If you have any type of allergy, DO NOT go here. They take zero care and this was obviously intentional.
