- JRJonathan Reyman2 days ago1.0Went in about 8:45pm for a couple of hot honey chicken wraps and a drink. I waited at the counter, and waited, and waited, and no one came to take my order. After a 10-minute wait, I left. If I could give 0 stars I would, and I won't return. One car was waiting for someone to deliver their food. They were still waiting when I left, so I assume drive-through was as bad as indoor service.

Got my food, fries are cold, cheeseburger had no issues, the nuggets where undercooked and quiet literally wet, and they don’t hand me my drink and all retreated away from the registers so I couldn’t asked to be given the cup. So I had to walk behind the counter and grab it myself which they didn’t even notice, thy also lousy talked about how one of the employees got arrested lastly I went to get the drink filled and a nat fell into it. Leaving the McDonald’s someone left a 8 stack of carts full of random belongings “homeless cart” of 8 shopping carts across multiple parking spots. I’ve had other times they’ve just forgot I existed while waiting in the wait area passed the drive through.
