Waited almost half an hour for a burger and fries, watched them make 4 batches of fries in that time and they still managed to give me old cold nasty fries

I did a mobile order (& paid in-app) & as I was going through the drive thru to pick it out, a circuit blew. All their screens and half the machines stopped working. I couldn't cancel my order and order at a new place. I went inside and immediately Brian figured out what I ordered and got it for me, free of cost. Amazing service & handling in an unexpected electrical mishap situation.

This place is nasty- floors so greasy I thought I’d fall;
Drink counter filthy;
Trash overflowing;
Tables dirty-
I mean I know help might be hard to find but assign someone to clean-
I generally do a mobile order but now hesitant to even do that anymore-
Manager needs to get busy
