My issue was with the Hot Light situation. I drove by, clearly saw the light on, and remembered the TikTok trend that says when the light is on, you get a free donut. To be sure, I called the store, and the employee confirmed that yes, you do get a free donut when the light is on. So I turned around and went back—but suddenly the light was off. When I asked about it, I was then told, “Oh, it’s only from 5–7.” The thing is…I was there at 6:30 PM. So that explanation didn’t really add up. Overall: 🍩 Food: good, no issues 🚨 Hot Light policy: confusing and inconsistent 📞 Communication: didn’t match what actually happened I still enjoyed the donuts, but the mixed messaging definitely took away from the experience. If you’re going to promote the Hot Light/free donut perk—especially when employees confirm it—it should be honored consistently. Transparency matters.

A young lady and an older gentleman were truly exceptional with regards to customer service. Slight delay as their coffee machine was having issues. Many apologies from both and a couple of extra doughnuts.(not expected and greatly appreciated).

Just trying to have pleasant vibes with the kids and was met with a very rude lady that took me and my sister back. Idk if she got mad we started walking up and didn't realize they were drive thru only. No biggie tho. But we were ordering a bunch of donuts for the kids and when we didn't know how many we were going to have she just was obviously frustrated and upset. I get being frustrated at work as I work in the service industry, but what I also would never do is make a customer not feel welcome to speak to me. Ultimately we canceled the order in the drive thru and told the lady that she didn't seem very happy to serve us and her response was OK. Won't be back.
