  Their sandwiches are great, which is the only reason I still come back. I’m not sure what happened recently, but they have not had my order ready on time the last several times I have come in. Most recently, I placed an order for pickup 40 minutes in advance so it would be ready for me to grab and leave immediately since I only have a 30 minute lunch break. I got there at 12:10 (order was supposed to be ready 11:45-12:00) to find not only was it not ready, but they hadn’t even started on it and had 5 orders in front of mine. It took 10 minutes to get my sandwich after I’d gotten there (1/3 of my lunch break for the day). They also no longer use the alert through the app to tell you when your sandwich is ready for pickup, so you just have to show up and hope that it’s ready, which is a dealbreaker when you’re on a time crunch. Really disappointing considering the subs are tasty, but I likely won’t continue coming in.

  Ordered a giant sub at 12:33pm, no food while being down the street at 1:15 pm, 11/11/19... still hungry and will be canceling order, pretty disappointed...
