Jackson St. Not exactly sure why this is but it’s very upsetting as they accept my order as via their online ordering menu. But only after the order is paid for my payments have been processed and accepted and approved, made, and when it says that the order is done being prepared and is in queue and being sent out by the next delivery driver they must see the order address and they cancel my order without warning nor explanation and then they didn’t even call me and let me know what happened. Only when I call and sit on hold for what seems forever plus a few more days do they inform me they won’t deliver to my address when clearly on line is stats they do

I reached out and the manager on duty offered to give me a credit but due to fact I'm not from the area and wouldn't be back around she offered to personally deliver me a soda for the inconvenience. Even offered to bring it to My room due to fact I'm disabled and walking is hard. But sadly security at hospital wouldn't let them bring it to the room. I appreciate her efforts and it wasn't her fault of security. Thank you for going that extra step.

Today Jefferson location was told the same thing. Apparently said my order was done but was told it would be another 30 minutes. Was told app doesn't deal in reality. Ok. Either fix the app or get rid of it. But for those reasons I'm out. Never dominos again. To many other places that want my money and will treat me like an actual customer.
