At 4:50 my pizza had not been delivered so checked the app. It said it left store at 4:20 and had been delivered at 4:36. I called the store the manager(I'm guessing) was extremely rude told me the app was wrong and driver would be at my house in 5-10min. 20min later, no delivery. I called back. He was even more rude than before. Put me on hold. Came back and told me the driver was outside my house. He was not. No headlights to be seen in either direction. I told him there was no driver here and I wanted to cancel my order and to give me a refund. He said "I canceled your order" and hung up on me. When I called back to ask about the refund no one answered. I've left reviews before but never reached out to corporate. I did today. That man has no business in any kind of customer service oriented job.

Sat in drive thru for about 10 minutes at the window being ignored by staff even though my order was sitting on the shelf ready to be grabbed. I left drive thru window and decided to walk inside. As soon as I did, hilariously, they jumped onto drive thru to help the person who was behind me. I've ordered from this dominoes for a long time and never experienced horrible service like this. Not a place I'd recommend for good service. Pizza is good, but not worth being ignored by workers for.
- JCJesse ColeDec 16, 20251.0Well ordered a pizza from there at 10:30 it said it would be at my place between 30 and 42 mins hour and half went by so I called and the guy that was working was a smart ass and said that we have over a hour to wait there we’re 10 in front of me, not waiting 3 hours for a pizza work in stl all the time and have my pizza within 1 hour every time. Your store does not know customer service and tried reported this to corporate and can’t speak with no one. Someone in this store needs to loose there job cause the internet showed that my pizza started being prepped at 1104 and at 12 still being prepped. Never go to yall store again and will speak with your DM someone should get in trouble for this bullcrap!!!
