  I came here to watch sports and enjoy food while doing so. The server was extremely unprofessional and took a while to get to me. There were only a few other tables, they weren’t busy at the time. There were at least 4-5 servers just standing around, doing nothing. When someone finally came to take my drink order, the server had an attitude, and rolled her eyes when she walked away. I asked if I could speak to a manager about possibly perusing a career there, but when the server went to tell the manager I wanted to speak with her, she looked at me and walked straight to the back. I sat for about an hour before my food was bought to me and it was lukewarm. The staff then began to argue with each other in front of myself, as well as other customers. I hate to pull the race card, but I definitely felt some racial tension in there. Complete waste of money and time. Super dissatisfied and disappointed.

  Service was not great on this visit, when I called to speak with the manager I was asked what did I want to speak with the manager about.

  Well it was Super Bowl 60, a friend of mine wanted me to pick up an online order& come up to Buffalo wild wings to get them wings for Sunday, they already had my order on the table already ready already!!! I walked in and walked out!! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

  Seated at 5:15. Manager was flagged down at 5:40 as we hadn't been greeted by the server. Server FINALLY came over around 5:50 (not her fault as she just came on shift). Ordered food which we received at 6:25. Fries are old and cold. Not a good experience.

  I’m writing this as a warning so others don’t waste their time. We waited close to 30 minutes before our server ever came to our table. She never introduced herself, so I didn’t even know her name until I saw it on the check. There were barely any customers there, and only one other party in our server’s section, so the wait made no sense. After ordering, we waited another 20 minutes for our food, which came out completely ice cold—no exaggeration—and without any silverware, even though we ordered boneless wings. It was also uncomfortably cold inside the restaurant. When we told them the food was cold, they offered to remake it, but I declined. Waiting another 20 minutes for 10 wings after already waiting nearly an hour just wasn’t worth it. Overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing.
