- JSJason SargentJan 1, 20262.0Went to the drive-thru, ordered a beef & cheddar sandwich meal, with the sandwich on a regular bun. Like most the people I know, I think the onion bun is awful. We also ordered a chicken cordon Bleu sandwich meal, both with the curly fries. When asked what else we would like we asked for Arby's sauce. We love Arby's sauce we put it on the sandwiches, the fries, its the best part of the meal. They said ok, the total is... pull forward. They were extremely slow and when we checked our food, no Arby's sauce. I went in and when they finally came to the counter I asked for the missing sauce. "We are completely out." What? "Why didnt they say that when we ordered it? It changes the whole sandwich and we may have wanted to change the order." He said "would you like some tangy BBQ or horserad.." "NO, Thats why I didnt order those." Why would you just order that part of the ordering process? Absurd! Anyway, the curly fries were cold, the tea was bad, but the Chicken sandwich was great, very hot/ fresh. I wish the rest of the food and the service had been as good as the chicken sandwich. So, I wont recommend a visit or recommend to avoid. That was our experience, hope it helps you decide. Good luck.
