    Customer service here was terrible. On the app it said that it would only be 25 minutes and every time we checked it wouldn’t update. So we drove to the store thinking that maybe the app wasn’t working. They were busy when we pulled up. We asked them about our order and they told us another 20 minutes. So we waited and then went in at that time and told us our order still wasn’t ready. I get that things get busy aometimes but at least have an app that can give a good time estimate so people know when to leave their house. We canceled our order and went somewhere else instead.

    TLDR; don’t waste your time or money. Ordered carry out on 1/29/2026 at 4:25pm. One large pizza, 8pc wings. Nothing special. Was quoted a ready time of 14-24min. Loaded up my kids for what I thought would be a quick trip and arrived at the store at 5pm. Was informed that my order was not ready, but should be in “about 15-20min”. Not a huge deal, a little inconvenient, but I could tell they were busy. We decide to park and wait since the kids were set on having pizza. After that time elapsed, I walked into the store to pickup my order. I was then informed by the store manager that they had not even started making my order yet, but mine was next in queue (mind you the Pizza Tracker had said that my order was being made since 4:27pm). At this point, it’s about 5:30. I return to my car, my kids are beyond losing their cool. I decide to bring them into the store to wait since my car has now effectively become a prison. We wait in the store for ANOTHER 25-30min until our food is ready. It is now just shy of 6pm. 1.5hrs after my order was placed…for carry out. On my way out, I asked to speak to the General Manager, Brian. I informed him that I would be filing a complaint with corporate about my experience, namely being told on two occasions by staff that my food would be ready in “15-20min” which in reality was closer to an hour. I’ll admit he seemed apologetic and understanding. He said he would be adding a $20 credit to my account (which never happened) and that he was the person who would be fielding my complaint anyways. Even with the promise of a credit, I won’t be spending another cent at this store. Waiting 1.5hrs for carry out is obscene. Had I known that I would’ve been strung along 3x as long as initially quoted with two hangry school-age kids I would’ve cancelled my order and left with zero regret. Also worth noting, this is the SECOND occasion I’ve had to wait well beyond a quoted ready time from this store. The first instance was about a month before where a driver was “out for delivery” for nearly 45min (I live less than 10min from the store) and was marked as delivered 15min before I ever received it. It took two calls to the store to finally sort out where my food was. That delivery experience was the reason why I opted for carry out. There are plenty of other places worthy of business and this is simply not one of them. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

    I ordered pizza for a party and it was yo be ready by 140 at 3 they had not started my order and we're screaming at my husband that he was acting like a child because he was upset.
