  THEY FORGOT MY $7 DOLLERS WORTH OF CHIPS AND QUESO, yes I know that im over reacting but first off seven dollers is already outrageous for something that you get for free at most olther places.

  They made the in store order experience so uncomfortable for me that I gave up on ordering my last bowl and simply decided to eat what I have at home.

  Terrible service. Really rude people. The menu does not say it is extra $ for the cilantro lime sauce, but they tried to charge me. I said I wouldn't pay it because the menu does not say anything about it. The man threw away my bowl and made me remake it. Then, they added 2 drinks and chips even though we said no to chips and asked for a water. They need some customer service training, an updated menu, and to turn down their music so they can actually hear me. Oh and update, food is cold and he put hardly ANY protein in my bowl. Never coming back... I will stick with the west side location!

  Dirty lobby. I nearly turned around and left before I walked thru the second set of doors. It looked like some people had a food fight in the dining area. Every table needed to be cleaned and the floor needed cleaning. Food everywhere. If you cannot keep the public spaces clean and presentable then you are losing customers. Not just customers to that particular location, but across the brand. Although the staff was kind, smiles go a long way. The restaurant kitchen was horribly understaffed although I counted 6 people behind the counter area. The trays of prepared foods was running low or completely out. I had to wait 7 to 8 minutes for queso Blanco dip. There was not a clean table so I told my dining partner I was waiting in the car. I couldn't stand looking at the food bar and the rampant cross contamination which had to be going on by appearance alone. I would have been mortified if I had worked there and these things were going on. Pride in your employer and the job one does each day, even on the most difficult days, at least illustrates an employee who gets it and is trying to take care of the challenges before him. That was absent this past Wednesday. There was no apparent leader or manager to be seen. There obviously need to revamp their training and retool the employees who were on shift. There is a huge disconnect between them and the job. But to run out of foods during and just before or after the dinner rush, is poor planning and anticipation of what the crew needs to keep the line moving. Cost to value for this dining experience.... wayyyy overpriced for so very many reasons. This establishment should be thankful that I did not take photos of the kitchen and especially the dining area. Shameful.
