  Typical Chipotle activity for the most part. They short you on the food and get an attitude when you ask for more. But today I experienced the weirdest customer service imo. I ordered a bowl for my wife with corn and of course they were out in the line. The young man asked a teammate to check in the back for more which she came out with a full container of corn and started making the online orders. The young man told me they're wasn't any corn and I replied is that not a full container of corn in her hand? He proceeded to tell me the corn was for online orders only. I asked what was the difference I'm a paying customer too and you would think the customers in line would have priority but I guess not. Date too day that customer service was very poor. That wasn't the only issue but was definitely the main issue.

  This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They have a little lady with glasses that I've seen yell at customers, they always under portion your food, and all the workers sincerely do not care. This place needs a management AND employee change and quick

  Jessica is the worst employee I've ever witnessed at any establishment. I used to eat here almost everyday and any day she was there all anyone would hear would be her yelling about customers whether it be in the back or right in the open. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. I will not be coming to this location anymore. The management team here also seems to support that type of behavior. You're in customer service, do better.

  There was only one person working at the serving station. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I finally got to the front, and they told me they were out of chicken and needed to make more. They simply said, “We’re out of chicken, you can go.” In the 30 minutes I was waiting, they could have made a new batch of chicken, but they didn’t

  I love Chipotle!! This Chipotle, I HATE! It's disgusting half the time, they never answer the phone, the lack of customer service is insane. They are forever under inventory or too lazy to make simple things like guacamole and salad dressing. The employee turnover rate is terrible. And this isn't based on a one time experience, they just constantly suck!
