  The service people are very friendly mainly the lady in the evening at the first Window she is so sweet, But it takes roughly 10 to 15 minutes to get through this drive-thru and it’s a hassle, food quality is hit or miss.

  Hash brown was not with my meal I went to call and I can't even get through to the main line and it goes straight to voicemail and hangs up on you Spring Grove Illinois McDonald's very horrible

  FEMALE MANAGEMENT USED BATHROOM AND DID NOT WASH HER HANDS! can’t call the store cause it goes straight to voicemail and it’s full. How funny!

  I come to this McDonald's because there's no other options in this town, if there was, I would choose that over this location anytime I waited 10 minutes at the service counter for my order to be taken. I was told in that time I could use the kiosk I did not want to use the kiosk. I was told when I was given my number after giving my order that someone would bring it to my table, so I did not listen for my number to be called for quite a while till I went back to the counter to see where my food was, and it was sitting in the bag on the counter getting cold. The french fries in the order were small, cold and unsalted it was also for an unexplained reason a $.10 up charge for my Diet Coke. This is without a doubt, the worst example of a McDonald's restaurant I would avoid it if I could, but it's very close close to home.
