    Took them 15 minutes to make me a bacon double quarter pounder meal and they didn’t even put the bacon on it. Your prices are high and service is bad and slow. What do you have to offer at this point?

    Stopped by for a quick lunch in between appointments and received the wrong sandwich. Thankfully I didn’t get too far before realizing and the staff was kind enough to replace it with the right order except this time it was undercooked causing me to spit it out my window and had to wait until after my work day to eat at home. Make sure you check your order for accuracy before driving away

    Customer service was awesome, we ordered one Mc double, one Baffalo ranch wrap and one 4 pc Mccryps. All was good, except two pc of mc Cryps , there were undercooked and tasted bad.

    I went through the drive through on Saturday 10/4/25 around 7:30 am I ordered a small coffee, a oatmeal, and a number 2. Well I pulled up received my order set my bag aside took a sip of what I thought was coffee and my coffee wasn't coffee at all it was warm water with cream and sugar. With the price of fast food now days you think the worker would be more efficient when making your order. Believe me this isn't the first incident when I went to this McDonald's bought fries 🍟 they were do salty I had to throw them away. Others have told me of them having issues with their orders. I will now longer go to this McDonald's in Spring Grove IL. If you do go there check your order well before leaving the window including your drinks. Unhappy customer.😔
