I have been shopping here for years, and have never seen the deli slicers this filthy.The amount of meat crumbs looked like it had not been wiped all day. Nowhere did it say that in the add. I called and talked to a lady at the service desk and she was rude. I heard her then tell the manager that the he could deal with me. Little did she know that she didn't put me on hold and I could hear her talking about our conversation and was rude. The manager name was Miguel and he was also was rude about the issue. I asked for the lady's name and he refused to give to me. He then said to look on the receipt for the number for corporate. Wow great customer service jewel. Hopefully this company gets sold to a better corporation that cares.

Jojo's Dollar Deals is consistently empty; I have visited twice to purchase chicken tenders, and on each occasion, I was informed that they had been sold out. Kindly clarify whether a single batch of chicken Caesar salad is prepared each morning and only available during that day. It is consistently depleted by 4pm.

I approached the meat counter, that had an employee behind it, and stood there as if I was invisible! The employee’s name was Mike, and he should be in the back room and not out front working with customers directly. Not only did he not acknowledge me while he was working on ann online order, but he kept on working on the online order and acted as if I was not there! I worked in retail for 26 years, and the general rule of thumb is that you take care of the customer that got in their car and drove to the store and finish up the order for the online order AFTER you take care of the customer right in front of you! Also, if that is not store protocol, you at least make eye contact with the customer and tell them that you will be right with them! Never did he say hello or even thank me when he finally did wait on me after I had been standing there for 3 minutes. If I wanted service like what I received today, I could have gone to Walmart! Jewel needs to do a better job of training their employees on how to appropriately treat their customers. Tammy Brady
