Sometimes when I see people like her I wonder what makes them so rude and unkind.

The cashier call for a customer service to help with the discounts and when that person came his didn't do a thing, he just told a cashier to deal with it. The cashier didn't know any of the discount prices and I had to tell him every sale price for the items I bought. I felt bad for him because he had to change the prices one by one. At the end, he still got some of the items wrong and we had to go to the customer service where we had to deal with the same rude manager that didn't want to help. I always liked shopping in Jewel but I would never go back to this one.
