  December 2025 ordered at Kiosk. Needed to pay at the counter. (Cash big bill) Waited at least 10 min for a young girl to collect our payment. Stepped back waited. Same young girl handed me the bag at the counter approx 8 min later (were at 18min at this point ) Looked in the bag to confirm items, was missing a item. Reordered one item at the Kiosk.While waiting we looked again at the receipt on the bag and it actually was someone else's order that she handed us. Apparently the guest that walked in and ordered at the Kiosk 10 min after us was able to pay at the Kiosk and it was there food. Brought it up to the girl and she said because we ordered at the Kiosk the food didn't get made or started until you pay that's why the other people's food was made and called out before ours. I find that interesting beings you don't pay for food in the drive through until you pay at the window and usually by then the food is handed straight out or within a couple minutes but inside its different. For this reason the customer service was rated low because there was no reason to make me wait 10 minutes to just pay. No one was in line, then you start making my $40+ order. My total wait time was over 30 min at a Taco Bell and still left without a Grilled steak burrito paid for but didn't have. The frustration was real with this young girl who needs customer service training and time management on collecting payments once the order is placed at the kiosk. You (Taco Bell) should not have this procedure in place and keep your paying guest waiting for no reason before preparing there order!

  2 burrito supreme was over 14$ all beans. Never going to taco bell again. Absurd. They used to be pretty good.
