    Fries were nasty and lukewarm. The spicy chicken sandwich, the chicken was dry and fried hard. Felt like I was trying to bite off cardboard. Now I remember why I haven't been to Wendy's in years

    Watch out for the card skimmers. DONT GIVE them your DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS. Use the app or if you really have to use cash. But this location has scammers working there

    Everytime I come here I have card reader issue and they always want my card. No other location has said my tap doesnt work and they need the card, I have a feeling they are doing something nefarious in the drive thru. Either they're taking pics of ppls cards or skimming cards

    I used to love this Wendy location. Food served fresh and hot. So were do I begin? The cashier (male Latino) was servicing an older African American couple placing an order. No Customer Service skills, we stood in line for 10mns, the cashier said nothing. Usually, it would be "sorry for the wait gentlemen I would be with you soon." No and at that time, another customer walked in with her son and stated, "you two still havent placed you orders yet?" So basically that customer left due to the length or lack of service provided by this same individual. We left hungry and very disappointed.Where do you feel the need to address this?

    Very unprofessional! I placed an order on DoorDash which I spent over $50 on food. A total of 7 meals. They gave the driver 1. My driver went back and they refused to make it right and apologize. I lost money from that order. Decided to go to the restaurant and when I got there the staff was standing around and playing. Not paying attention to who they were giving the food to. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Wendy’s I’m a long time customer and I will no longer support this business! Times are hard I lost a total of $120 today. It’s unacceptable this isn’t the way you treat your customers. Been in the fast food industry for over 20 years. I’m absolutely disgusted! Never again
