  First and foremost the website and app was user-friendly. Second of the accuracy of the time stated that the food would be ready, it was actually ready before, which was a plus. The transaction upon receiving food and the friendliness of the staff was a plus plus. Lastly, the order was RIGHT- and food- it was still hot/warm when I got home it was very tasty and everything that I needed it to be. It tasted fresh and not like it was sitting. I’ll definitely be a regular.

  It was not a friendly place at all barbecue some wet dry and the tips were we're not meaty

  So I was told about this restaurant from someone else they frequently visit the one on 69th street and somethings this one, the first time we called in a order, picked it up and it wasn't anything like we were told had a bundent amount of fries, the the portion of the tips was not worth my money, called back and spoke with a gentleman who said he was the manager, let him know that we had drove all the way from Kankakee il and what the problem was with my order, apology was given and he said he would talk to the employees who was working at that time, ok today decided to give it another try, same BS, even after I had let them know that I had talked to the manager you would of thought that they would do right. The quantity was not worth my money, the sauce a lil bit runny and too many fries to substitute for the space of the rib tips, I was told if my name was not on the board as a customer who had complained, in other words you get the same ole BS, this is why I don't patronize black business, because they don't know how to satisfy their customers and keep things consistent, I was asked to give them another chance, which I did, but no I will never go back there and I will let the person know once again how disappointing I was , not to mention the gas I wasted to get there.
