    Food was fantastic! The lady who checked me out had no idea of prices which was strange other then that everything was great.

    Bad service makes the food tastes bad. I've finally decided to never walk in this Subway again. There are entirely too many Subways to have to be subjected to one that is unaccommodating, rude and dismissive. I rarely just write a review after one chance visit, that could be an anomaly (good or bad). But every time I walk in this store it has been like pulling teeth to get good service. Always rude and standoff-ish....never friendly. Once, the young lady behind the counter scolded me about something that I asked saying management frowns on that adding that I must be the guy that makes that request because they were warned. HILARIOUS!! I think it was something as simple as me wanting spinach along with my lettuce. When I told her that I've never had anyone tell me that, she basically said that the other stores were operating incorrectly. Even when I've had a silent visit, they act like they can't wait for me to leave so they can get back to socializing. The last time they kept talking until THEY decided to finally greet me and ask for my order. Also on my last visit, they wouldn't fulfill my request for an egg and cheese wrap saying that they stop doing breakfast at 11am (it was 11:15), even pointing to a sign that says breakfast ends at 11am. But I recall commercials that advertised breakfast available all day. When speaking with another location, they said that 11am cutoff was ended years ago. When I asked would they make it anyway because all they had to do was warm up the egg patties, similar to that of the veggie patties, they said No. I said, "dude, you're about to lose a customer here", his response was "you can go if you want to". That is when I told him I was never stepping foot in their store again. My recommendation is ANY Subway, but this one.

    I will never for the life of me understand how people choose to work in the customer service field and yet don’t have what it takes mentally to provide the basic respectable level of customer service. If I could give this subway zero stars, I would go into the negative . there’s a young lady with black hair short young looking that works there. That is extremely disrespectful and lucky that I did not feel like going to jail today.

    Do not go here. I don't even leave reviews but I don't recommend anyone go here. I asked him at the beginning if I was able to use my rewards points, he said yes but no coupons. I get ready to pay & he says I can use the $4 off but not the free footlong which was also in my rewards. Simple miscommunication but instead of handling it like a professional, he began to be rude. I told him I didn't want to argue & I simply don't want the sandwich anymore. He snatched up the sandwich & told me to never come back. I did cuss him out after that. Its 4 or 5 Subways in this area alone & I went to the one on Torrence & River Place after & used my rewards with no problem.
