She had me waiting in line just to tell me to come inside at the window after telling me to pull forward from the first window.. When they could’ve told me that at the speaker. So I Set in line for 10 minutes just have to come inside still! The manager stilllll made me come inside!! horrible

- EHEm HMar 16, 20263.0I dont understand why they dont put the sugar in my coffee. One employee told me they dont put it in unless you ask for it, which is did. I always order from the app and get large hor coffee w 6 cream and 6 sugars and they only put the sugar in about 20% of the time. This isnt the only McDonald's that does this, either. It's so frustrating not getting what im asking and paying for over and over. Once? Ok. Twice? I guess. But this is a regular occurence and you guys make it so difficult to complain on the app deliberately so now i gotta Google review yall. I do have to say though that the lady who works the breakfast drive thru is awesome and so friendly and always makes me smile. Id smile even more if I had sugar in my coffee though lol
