I usually go to Kirk's Barbecue but they were closed. I googled the next closest Barbecue spot and Sunny's came up. They let us sample the rib tips and they were delicious! I got a bucket to go and I got a new spot! Thanks for good food and good service!

I ordered a bucket of tips large hot links, $54 links was dry and salty. The bucket of tips wasn’t full at all. I came from Indiana I was too far to bring them back but yall can do better than that. Ppl be driving miles for food and this bs was terrible. Wasn’t worth it all. I’m pissed

Okay, so boom, check it out! You guys were telling me that Sunny’s Barbecue in South Holland had the best barbecue and that it was better than I-57 Ribs. Now, my take: the ribs were nice and tender, and the sauce was okay, though it was a bit thin and nothing to write home about. The chicken was pretty basic, but they do give you a decent portion. My total for six wings, a small rib tip, and one hot link was about $30. The place itself is pretty basic—just a small spot with no dining area, more like a waiting area in a strip mall. It could definitely use an upgrade or a remodel. Overall, the food was decent, but I’d give it a 7 out of 10. It’s not a place I’d highly recommend over I-57 Ribs, but it’s still okay. The food was ready in about 10 minutes, though I had to wait a bit longer since it wasn’t prepared when I arrived. Not a big crowd when I visited, so that was nice. All in all, a 7 out of 10, but definitely not better than I-57 Ribs.
