    Do not go here. I don't even leave reviews but I don't recommend anyone go here. I asked him at the beginning if I was able to use my rewards points, he said yes but no coupons. I get ready to pay & he says I can use the $4 off but not the free footlong which was also in my rewards. Simple miscommunication but instead of handling it like a professional, he began to be rude. I told him I didn't want to argue & I simply don't want the sandwich anymore. He snatched up the sandwich & told me to never come back. I did cuss him out after that. Its 4 or 5 Subways in this area alone & I went to the one on Torrence & River Place after & used my rewards with no problem.

    There was a national special buy a footlong sub and get a second one for a dollar. I purchased through app. Later I got a call and they said they canceled my order because they are not participating. Was disappointed. Went to Submarine port down the street.

    Talked on the phone from the time I came until the time I left except when she was literally holding her hand out to take my money. Poor customer service.
