When I arrived, there was a sign on the counter saying they were busy and asking for patience. There were only about five other customers waiting and no one at the front counter. An employee eventually came out with an unapproachable demeanor and, with a noticeable attitude, loudly said, “Can I help you?” My pickup time was @5:00 PM my order was not ready. I didn’t receive my food until 5:25 PM — 25 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I understand that Super Bowl Sunday is busy, but better communication and a more professional attitude would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing.
