  No coffee station at 8:30pm I used to get my decaf coffee at this time every day the manager says no decaf coffee we are prepared to close,

  Do yourself a grave favor stay away from this panera bread at all costs both managers who work in that store could care less about the quality and the establishment of Panera Bread this one woman who works there tall and built like a giraffe Handling customers, food with big pink, ugly fingernails A wig on her head and keeps the most disgusting attitude.... then you have this tall, skinny zesty, guy with long dreadlocks. Actually, try to charge me $10 for a cup of coffee.When I corrected him, he asks me to leave this store. Do Yourself a favor and go to munster indiana if you live in the south holland area.

  Food is good whenever I order, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I come often enough to know when certain staff is there n the energy is completely off. Also it's amazing that there's 3 locations all within the same distance, but this one closes a full hour before everyone else. Even when I try to be supportive because it's in MY community, it's the one that I'm the least satisfied with (and that's the biggest disappointment) & part of the reason for plenty of available parking 98% of the time! From attitude to lack of menu items (or freshness of what's provided). If you're craving Panera, head east to the Munster location or west to location in Homewood

  I usually love this restaurant. Maybe it’s different managers on different shifts. Night time manager I love. That’s why I rated a 3. Day time Amanda. Was very rude. Told her I was missing an item she took my bag and dug in it with her bare hands to verify. Very unsanitary, and unprofessional. Then, told me “well I wasn’t going to touch your food”! As if that changed anything when you’re rambling through the bag where my food is exposed with her bare, un-sanitized hands.

  Received the wrong sandwhich and when discussed at drive through, worker told me what was said while ordering. Which was untrue. Instead of saying I apologize or my bad, she says u said BLT. Untrue because I don’t even eat bacon. The. The wait was when longer. Customer service review is needed 😢 disappointed
