    Check every bag if you’re doing order pick up. They forgot 64 dollars worth of my groceries. And this wasn’t the first time that this has happened. But honestly it will be the last time. People work too hard for their money; and in this current economy I need all of my money. Everyone isn’t a criminal trying to scam, just give the people them what they pay for.

    convenient because of its location and free parking. The staff has always been pleasant, which I appreciate. However, the produce does not always look fresh. The hot food area could be cleaner, especially the floors, since a lot of greasy food is prepared there. For better sanitation, employees handling food should have their hair completely covered, no hair hanging out, and should frequently change gloves when going back and forth between food and customers. Additionally, the ordering system in the hot food area is inconsistent. Some days they use numbers, some days they don’t, which makes it unclear how the line works and can be confusing for customers. Lines can also be long at times. Overall, it’s a convenient store, but there is room for improvement.

    Poor service at this store** I go here all the time, but the service is terrible now. They act like it’s a problem to ask for help; nobody seems willing to assist. The produce, cooked food, and meat departments need to improve their customer service skills. You don’t get help until you check out, and the people at the register are usually the nicest. The customer service desk at the front of the store is unhelpful and often doesn’t know information. This Jewel could use a real morning staff overhaul.
