    I showed up at chipotle and on the website it said it opened up at 10:45am however I sat outside of the store until 11:02 and no one opened the door I even knocked on the glass and everyone just looked at me it was at least 5 people came and left because they had not open the door yet. This place sucks with their service the worst chipotle by far never come there again

    Absolutely disgusted to find a long piece of blonde hair in my food after I ate two fork fulls! Come on Chipotle do better. This is completely unacceptable. No one’s hair should have shed in my food 🤮🤢

    Food is horrible. Order came with a side of flies 🤮🤢. Def not what I asked for for Christmas. They need to shut this location down. State of Illinois Sanitation department will be contacted.
