The lady working here argued and even yelled at an older customer about there order and blamed the customer for ordering the wrong item. The order was a breakfast sandwich with added avocado. We ordered a breakfast sandwich with added avocado. She rung up the sandwich and an avocado toast. We did not want the toast, just the avocado added to the breakfast sandwich. The worker proceeded to yell you said yes you said yes and would not refund the incorrect item we were charged for. DONT GO HERE, unless you enjoyed being yelled at for asking to have your order corrected.
- BCBryan CApr 3, 20262.0It’s an okay Dunkin’ The coffee and donuts are the only good things here everything else on the menu is prepared very bad (sandwiches,iced coffees and more)Employees are at an okay friendly level.The prices here are at a ridiculous price for example 1 donut costs $2.20 and a hot coffee costs $6.Not recommended unless you want to pay more than a regular Dunkin location.It’s located inside the Lincoln Oasis along I-80/I-294 and also has a drive thru on the eastbound/southbound side going to Indiana.This is the only main thing open 24 hours here unfortunately other than vending machines and the farmers fridge kiosk.

- OEOskar EspinozaJan 20, 20261.0I ordered a chicken wrap and the lady said ok and ask me if I want wash browns and I said no thanks,I come all the time here and when I open the bag I see this food(not the chicken wrap) I said ok I will tell them tomorrow,when I came back the next day I explained the situation he said I can’t do nothing for you,honestly they lost a good customer just by the fact that they don’t care about you even though they did the mistake,I didn’t ask for free food I ask to get the right one I ordered
