Employees handling food with no gloves, hair uncovered, trash cans spilling over, counters dirty, trash a spills all over the floor and staff is beyond rude. I was given a wet bag, so my food fell through and when I came back in to try to ask for my food to be remade due to this in which I was handled rudely by staff. I asked to speak to a manager and after 20 minutes when I asked again a staff member told me that the manager said I might as well call corporate because she wasn’t coming out to speak to me. This entire experience was disgusting and disappointing

Please someone should take action especially in the evenings I don’t think they even half cook rice.

He said as one of the employees were trying to pass the bowl of rice to another employee.They wasted the rice and tried to scoop it back into the container. Then tried to make our bowls with the wasted rice Smdh. My guy had to tell the employee that he didn’t want the rice that he clearly watched the guy waste 🤮 Then the orders were made WRONG!!! I asked for a chicken bowl and received no chicken. Asked for cheese and no cheese, had to go back to the restaurant. Such an inconvenience. They’re always rushing and attitudes are horrible. Who ever is training the employees, need to be retrained themselves. Oh by the way this is for the South Holland location just to be clear.
