- PGPat GouldApr 1, 20262.0My large fry was only filled halfway and it was only give him one sweet and sour sauce for a 20 piece chicken tonight. Sweet and sour and honey mustard were requested I got two honey, not honey mustard and a single sweet and sour. Fries were nice and salty though.

Almost every time we order, we end up using the same inside kiosk—and it NEVER has paper in it. I can probably count 10+ times where we’ve ordered from that machine and never once received a receipt. NEVER. It seems like such a simple issue to fix, but it’s clearly been ignored for a long time. For a place we visit regularly, it’s frustrating that something this basic is never addressed. The machine is obviously NEVER checked. The last time we were there one of our orders was missed. Not sure what happened. No receipt so we couldn't validate anything. This was from a different kiosk. The staff made it right and took the order again which we appreciated.

Used a free fry coupon and it was in my cart and the person at the counter told me to remove it from the cart and go to it. I visibly showed her. Then once I removed it the coupon never showed back to, then was told they could not honor it because the coupon was gone. I was so frustrated I said never mind. Literally showed them the transaction and the coupon but wouldn't honor it. Even though I was going to pay again separately. Leaving frustrated.
