I get that places are slammed with the lunch rush, but not giving any sort of communication wasn't okay. The final screenshot is my coworker letting me know that my food had just arrived. Waiting an hour and a half is unacceptable. If you're that severely delayed, cancel the order or even offer pick up. I work down the street, I easily could've picked it up on my way out if I was given a head's up, I just put in an order for delivery because at the time, I had time to sit and eat in the office.

Seems the workers are in a rush. Not very social able didn't even ask about customizations to my sandwich... besides the fact the guy got my order wrong at first and then the maker was listening and started my order before I was finished ordering and It was done before I could say anything. I guess that's OK. I mean it wss fast service... but still wanted to add customization to it.
