Jesse — who I believe is the manager — immediately stepped in without hesitation. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely happy to help. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who makes a stressful situation feel easy, but Jesse did just that.

He doesn’t understand the “u” app pricing and app. Instead of helping him he yelled at him about not be able to give him the special “u” pricing. He is a senior but, Instead of explaining it to him he yelled at him and said he wouldn’t be able to scan the u pricing. Honestly this is really poor customer service towards a senior. He could have called customer service to help but, instead he berated him. He was a young guy and by the time my father returned home he said he is never shopping there again. Really awful service towards a customer. Not sure I’ll be shopping there either

I asked for a price check on an item at the self checkout. It took 5 minutes of standing there hitting the help button for someone to emerge from the office. All she said to me is “you must have read it wrong” before retreating to her cave. I have choices and only stopped here for the fried chicken.
