Placed an online order for delivery between 6 and 8pm and this location cancelled it at 757pm on the dot. We literally waited around for two hours and I contacted the chat team twice with no real answer except the order was in process. Called to ask what's up , was told their system allowed too many orders to go through without enough staff to pick them. We asked if we could please have the order ready for pickup by 11 the next morning. She assured us we would be able to and to just call when we were on our way. Checked the app this morning and showed I still needed to reschedule everything despite talking to that lady last night. Called at 11 this am and they told us the order was still not ready as they can't scan the items to charge us. Thanks for a bunch of stressful bs Jewel Osco. Shame on me for trying to work with this location.

She went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who makes a stressful situation feel easy, but Jesse did just that.
