  Sadly the poor service at the delicatessen for almost one year will keep us away from this S Elgin Jewel. The deli is NEVER staffed appropriately, especially during peak times. I spoke with the deli manager, Cynthia today. I gave her specific examples. I even told her one of the workers was eating cookies while managing the chicken on a Friday around 4:00. OSHA?? She listened but I did not get a sense that things would turn around. Unfortunately she has been there a little over a year which is the timeframe the service level has dropped.

  Do not order your glp-1 medications through this pharmacy. One of the cashiers, chelsea, did not apply my insurance or my coupon first, but rather applied the manufacturer coupon, refusing to remove it, and my regularly $25 prescription turned out to be 734. And she had explained it, with great authority, that it was because I hadn't met my deductible. And she continued on and on about it, so of course I believed her. And then I got home, looked into it, and realized that she was completely wrong. She should have a removed the manufacturer coupon, and applied the Eli Lilly discount coupon, because that would have been the more favorable outcome for me. She transferred me to Amanda, who confirmed that it was done incorrectly. But they could not fix it. They would not return my money. I will not be coming back here. This was my first and last experience with this pharmacy. Edit: coming back to edit, since I cannot respond to the owner who replied to me. I have tried to fix this issue with no less than four of your pharmacy employees. No one was able to fix the issue. I am going to a different pharmacy, and I'm going to tell everybody I know to do the same. If you actually wanted to rectify the situation, since my first and last name are visible on this review, look me up on your system and refund me my $700. Because my prescription should have cost $25, as it has for the last several months. If you go back, and refund me my money, I'll delete this review. But I'm not going to delete my experience, if you're not going to actually rectify it.

  I have.\nTo say, this is the worst jewel osco Deli that I've ever been to.There are 2 gentlemen back there and they're both worthless.I waited in LINE for 30 minutes and no one helped me.And then when they did help me , they only got part of my order and then went to help someone else , I will never come back to this jewel osco , again

  Went in to buy fried chicken wings and one of the most rude ladys told me they are out come back in 20 min I asked if she would take my order along with reg chicken and she refused! I came back in 10 and the wings were ready I ordered my wings and reg chicken and gave me 8 super small pieces as a punishment I'll never go back
