- EJErica Jensen5 days ago1.0Every visit here feels like pulling teeth. Employees have no customer service skills and are slow as molasses. Don't come here if you're in any kind of time constraint. Food is okay, coffee is hit or miss. And $10 + change for a breakfast sandwich and large ice coffee is super ridiculous.

I ordered a wrap without bacon & of course they add bacon (this happened TWICE at this location). I ordered a lightly toasted multigrain bagel with veggie cream cheese and they burnt the bagel + added regular cream cheese. They also never have multigrain bagels (no matter how early you go) and the app does not reflect this. Another time, they did not have any has browns for their new hash brown wrap. The service is also TERRIBLE. I have never been to a slower Dunkin Donuts. The staff moves super slow and appears very unmotivated/unaffected by the fact that they are giving terrible service.
