Instead of simply preparing the order, the staff member started arguing with me about the timing and made me feel unwelcome, as if I was doing something wrong by ordering before closing time. Customer service should remain professional until the actual closing time. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

I stopped by here multiple times a week because it’s convenient on the way to work, but I will gladly take my business elsewhere. They’re always skipping on the portion that you order. For example, I have a tendency to get bacon, avocado, toast, and multiple times they have put less than three or four small bacon bit pieces on top. I’ve also had multiple times where the breakfast wraps are slowly put together making for such a mess. More times than that they don’t feel the coffee up all the way or it has been burned. Don’t waste your time, money, or potential frustration with this place.

We’ve never complained or have been rude to any one of the staff that we’ve encountered. However we’re almost always treated rudely when in the drive-thru getting cut off when ordering or the food/drinks are not correct. When we pull up to the window it’s major giggling like they know they’ve messed up your order but it’s an inside thing and unless you check your food and taste your drink right then and there you won’t know it’s wrong until you make it to work. This is my closest Dunkin’ but I’d rather go out of my way to a different location than to give this location more money.
