  It was supposed to be a normal night out. My pregnant wife had been craving Buffalo Wild Wings all week, and when a craving hits at eight-and-a-half months pregnant, you don’t ask questions—you just drive. She ordered the spiciest hot wings on the menu, confidently declaring, “If this doesn’t kickstart labor, nothing will.” Famous last words. About halfway through the basket, she froze mid-wing, eyes wide. At first I thought the sauce finally got to her. Then she grabbed my arm and said the one sentence every expecting dad both dreads and doubts: “I think this is happening. Like… right now.” We barely made it to the bathroom before reality set in. While other patrons were washing their hands and checking their hair, my wife was actively in labor in a Buffalo Wild Wings restroom. Staff scrambled. I panicked. Someone offered moral support. Someone else yelled for a manager. The hot wings, it turned out, were more powerful than advertised. And then—somehow—amid the smell of hot sauce and industrial hand soap, our baby was born. The only thing we were truly upset about afterward? The towel situation. For a place that prides itself on wings by the dozen, the bathroom paper towel dispenser was woefully understocked for an emergency delivery. One sad brown towel at a time just wasn’t going to cut it. In the end, everyone was healthy, the baby was perfect, and Buffalo Wild Wings earned a story we’ll be telling forever. We didn’t get a refund, but we did get a kid with a legendary birth story—and a lifelong reminder to always check the towel dispenser first.

  The manager, Emily, is too busy and does not care. She would rather give a refund than to have the order remade and keep a customer satisfied. Now, I have to trust her that she will process the refund because they did not/would not provide any receipt or reference for a refund. Emily was apparently too busy so the assistant manager spoke to me after Emily ran away. The assistant manager was great. Hopefully she becomes manager soon and I can enjoy Bdubs again if and when I order it.. without it getting cold or refunded.

  Host staff was exceptionally rude and not inviting. Waitress made up for the host's rudeness and made our stay tolerable.

  Placed orders where stuff is missing, once home to go back for fries or extra things we order is very inconvenient and it had happened multiple times, thats why I rather go with Wing Stop.
